About ipaint4hope

Although from year to year the format many change, ipaint4hope charity art exhibitions include artwork from well-known professional artists, semi professional and amateur artists.

Offering affordable art as well as art for collectors.

Small crafts, greeting cards and limited edition prints.

Always something for every budget.

  • Why art? ... The power of art.

Some artists involved in the ipaint4hope have turned to art later in life for a creative outlet or as a process of working through illness and recovery.

Art gives us the opportunity to create something special; art has the ability to stir emotion, spur and inspire people to act.

Art can entertain us, communicate to us and provides enjoyment and meaning on so many levels.

  • The purpose of this charity art exhibition is to support cancer research.

    Why cancer research?

Statistics show that approximately 1-in-2 people in the UK will develop some form of cancer in their lifetime – a staggering fact.

In fact, some artists participating in the ipaint4hope exhibition have either survived cancer or have had family and friends affected by the disease.

    Why Cancer Research UK?

As the world's largest independent cancer research charity, Cancer Research UK [CRUK] conducts research into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the disease.

  • Cancer Research UK [CRUK] has a vision to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

Over the last 40 years, cancer survival in the UK has doubled. In the 1970s just 1 in 4 people survived their disease for 10 years or more. Today 2 in 4 survive. CRUK’s ambition is to accelerate progress and see 3 in 4 patients surviving the disease by 2034.

Join thousands of people across the UK and many more around the world, by supporting this ipaint4hope community fundraising project in some way.

Your art or raffle purchase or donation, no matter how small, all adds up.

    It really makes a difference.

Strength and Hope

Watercolour by Irena Grazia, 42 x 54cm Artists private collection, not for sale

Orange roses can signify energy and strength, this has informed my title for this artwork.

For those of us living with this disease ….

You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, smarter than you think, and twice as beautiful as you'd ever imagined
