🚨This workshop is specifically for those of us affected by cancer🚨For me painting became a way of working through illness and nurturing recovery from cancer. Painting was a wonderful distraction to the stresses at the time and has become a very rewarding part of my life. So much so that another ipaint4hope initiative is coming to fruition. A byproduct of our recent ipaint4hope charity exhibition. An ipaint4hope art workshop facilitated by Susan Boddy and hosted by the @helen_rollason_cancer_charity The Helen Rollason Cancer Charity support men and women with all types of cancer at all stages after treatment is completed. Their support centres provide therapies that work together with their clients medical treatment and reduce stress. They offer a range of extra, beneficial activities and groups ranging from Pilates, Art and Craft Groups, Look Good Feel Better Workshops, Yoga, Mindfulness and Support Groups. After my second diagnosis and treatment for cancer, I found their therapies so beneficial. If anyone has been affected by cancer quality of life is so important.
